This story has been swirling around in my head for years and now it is out there for future and curent watchers to enjoy!
Now I would like to take the time to share with you some awesome people/artists who supported me and even helped with the progression of the comic.
Both a talented artist, writer, and storyteller, Laura Newbert has been a big supported of my endeavors and has been so kind as to draw my characters and comic.
One of the first things that got me into her work was her own unique spin on the classic "Beauty and the Beast" fairytale which is beautifully written and her characters are so well drawn an carry such strong emotions. you know exactly what they're feeling when you look at them: happiness, desire, despair, ect.
In addtion to that, she also has several other stories all kinda centered around the whole BatB ideas and their all wonderful and well thought out.
An account shared by three people, member "Wolfie" is a fellow "comicker" and amazing artist. She has a really cute comic that kinda centers around Red Riding Hood, but also encorporates aspects from other classic, European fairytales.
She was very kind and promoted my comic on her journal in exchange for promoting hers here.
Plus, her other two friends who run the account are both equally talented so go check them all out!
My real life friend and amazing anime artist, Rachel. She was there for me to bounce ideas of my story off of and to share them with.
She is also talented in that she can also come up with about 3 stories at once all with unique characters and stories at their center. I'm also envious of her amazing ability to simply draw from a pose nearly perfect with no undersketch!
If you like anime and original character, go check her out! I also hear she's starting her own doujinshi soon. I hope I spelled "doujinshi" right.
Also a reaally biiiiig special thanks to and
They're two of my oldest internet buddies and are both talented artists with their own uniqur styles.
Xenovibe (Sarah) has her own story in the works that features Elves and other magic-type folk. Who doesn't like those?!
Plus she is uber sweet and drew Fluer and Kate for me and a couple of other character for me on my b-day. Thanks a bunch for all of 'em!
Pygmy (Jenny) has quite a cool, kinda surreal and gothic style to her work but she's a very funny and sweet person and also shows in her work. She drew my zombie character Attia for my b-day yesterday. I loves it! She looks awesome in your style, and you got the colors so perfectly.
And thank you one and all, to all those who took the time to leave a kind comment or a thank you or a word of advice.
Thank you to all of you! And on the chance I've forgotten anyone I'm sorry and just let me know to credit you!
Farewell and I hope you fall in love with my story and these artists as well.
~Kaitlin B. Callahan
Thank you one and all,

Draw what moves you.
But I'm glad you still enjoyed them
It kinda dawned on me that Nia would totally be Ellie in Oldmon/Carl's world and then everything else just sorta clicked which opened sort of a pandoras box of cute/funny/sad paralelles between the two.
I was actually recently considering re-doing them in photoshop where they will actually look decent!
And most importantly, You're welcome, to
